We made fruit roll ups from the pulp after jam for Mount Pinos. Here is a quick fun video about the process.

OPTIONAL EXTRA CREDIT:

 FRUIT LEATHER- The solids that were

reserved from straining for jam can be used.

 Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 250 Degrees.
  2. Spread the solids on parchment paper
  3. thin and evenly.
  4. Place on a sheet tray and bake for 30 mins
  5. (checking every 5 mins after 20 mins)
  6. Allow to set for 1 hour.
  7. Roll and cut into inch long segments.
  8. Store in refrigerator.
