We asked Jules to prepare some food that was not processed. Specifically we wanted some lower sodium and no salt camp food. He has been on his game. We had cacio e Pepe with bread baked while camping and some grilled eggplant. It was spectacular. We are working on a zine to share the recipes and our bike riding. (The McGill Trail is so much fun).
