Today’s ride
Don and his travel Vaya
Don is a step closer to his bike trip in Austria with his new Salsa Vaya Travel. He headed in to check and see what bikes we might have and left with his perfect bike.
Lots and lots going on including a ride tomorrow. We are going to head up Artieque and try to get to Backbone via the hub. Fast people might want to go to the tree. We leave at 8 AM, and leave on time. With such large crowds lately, try to be ready even earlier.
After much thought and planning Mike designed the perfect bike for weekends at Big Bear: a Pivot Carbon 5.7, custom ENVE wheelset, XX1 drivetrain, Thomson carbon bar, and a BOS fork. Perfection!
Jay is loaded ready for an adventure on his Salsa Fargo. He’s headed to Colorado and plans to ride the southern divide down to Mexico. Can we come too Jay?
