Alex found the perfect playmate for his custom Ti TCB 650b: a custom Ti Lynskey Helix. What a gorgeous bike. Alex knew he wanted to build a bike around Chris King Mango components and his vision was brilliant. He’s ready for the road!
We are getting a new power pole out front. Very exciting. The 2014 models are a nice neutral brown and smell slightly of pine. On the down side I think we are going to loose power for a bit… and by a bit I mean most of the day.
Scott took the the demo Salsa Ti El Mariachi SS out for one Saturday ride and couldn’t leave the shop without it… Ryan’s CA State SS XC winning El Mariachi demo. Ryan was sad. Scott is happy. It really is a magical bike. Now Scott and Ryan are both addicted to single speed.
Fantastic ride this morning, great group and the weather was nice and cool. Once the fog cleared we were treated to some spectacular views of the Santa Monica Mountains.
Robert was looking for the perfect do it all mountain bike and test rode our demo Pivot 429 a few weeks ago. He loved it. In fact he loved it so much he picked up a brand new Pivot Mach 429 Carbon today. Amazingly fun bike.
He’s back! After 30 days of dusty, dirty trail, a broken hand and endless flats and setbacks Brian has returned and is regaling us with his Tour Divide stories. Incredible.
