We took the boat to Catalina Island for UnPredict Your Wednesday with Team Pumpkin Spice and Bicycle Nomad. We rode out to Parson’s Landing, camped there for the night on the North Shore. On Tuesday we rode the length of the island to Avalon and saw everything amazing including a Buffalo.
We will do our weekly Saturday ride at 8 AM this week. The weather has been ideal. We ride for about 2.5 hours so we can be back and open the shop by 11. Always a good crowd. Always hills. Always fun.

After the shop closed on Tuesday, Chris and Scott took off with bikes and camping gear to Mount Pinos and rode out after driving up the mountain. The weather was terrific with a campfire at night and in the morning with coffee. The two UnPredicted thier Wednesday further with a fun ride on the extraordinary McGill trail on the mountain. So much fun mountain biking adventure.
It is time for Colin to head out on the trails after some time off from riding and a new Salsa Woodsmoke is just the right bike for him.
