We will do a regular Saturday ride from the shop into the state park at 7:30 AM this week.  Show up a little early, we really want to avoid the heat, so we will leave promptly at 7:30AM.   We will do a ride that is roughly 2 hours.   Because it is supposed to be so hot this Saturday, we want to be back at 9:30.     Absolutely drink lots of water Friday night and Saturday on the way, bring a lot of water with you to share with new unprepared people and be prepared for heat.   In fact, if you are sensitive to the heat, do not ride this week, it is not a good idea.
